Q: What is the delivery lead time for my order?
A: Items purchased will be couriered via standard service within 3-5 business days for West Malaysia, and 3-7 business day for East Malaysia (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays) upon order payment confirmation.

Orders will be couriered between 9am - 5pm from Monday to Friday and Sunday.
Orders will only be delivered to street addresses in Malaysia. PO Box addresses are not accepted.
Q: How do I get shipping for free?
A: We offer FREE SHIPPING for delivery within Malaysia (Excluding Sabah and Sarawak).
Q: Do we ship internationally ?
A: Yes, we ship internationally to Singapore and Brunei ONLY at the moment. Please contact us if you prefer shipping it to other countries.

On the product page, you can either tap on "Write to us" to discuss or make an offer with us or "Add to Cart" to place an order directly.

Firstly, you need to select your preferred size on the product page.
Once confirmed, you will be directed to the Shopping Cart Page after tapping "Add to Cart".

  1. Checkout - You need to select your preferred quantity after tapping on "Add to Cart".
  2. Login/Register - Once confirmed, you will be directed to the Login / Register page.
  3. Delivery - You need to re-confirm Billing Details / Shipping details.
  4. Payment - Select your preferred payment method and tap on "Next" to proceed with payment.
  5. Done - Your order has been submitted successfully. 
Q: Can I ship my order to multiple addresses?
A: We regret that you would not be able to apply for a single order to multiple addresses.
Besides that, we would suggest you place multiple orders for items that you would like shipped to more than one address.
Q: How do I know if my package has been shipped?
A: You will receive another email with shipping information such as Courier service and tracking number.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order after my payment is completed?
A: No, you would not be able to cancel and change your order once the payment is completed.
